SME Lending Program
Program Title: SME Lending Program
Program Objective: To provide financing to small and medium enterprises for the maintenance and expansion of their business.
Eligible Borrowers:
- Sole proprietorships, partnerships, and corporations engaged in manufacturing, agribusiness, processing and services including trading and merchandising;
- Track record showing profitability for at least 3 yrs;
- Engaged in business for the last 3 yrs; and,
- Individual borrower must be 21-64 years old at the time of application.
Loan Purpose:
- Working capital for stock of raw materials, supplies & other requirements needed
- Acquisition of productive assets
- Construction, expansion, renovation & modernization of new and existing facilities
Terms/Requirements:
Amount: P151.000.00 to P5.0M
Interest Rate: 24% per annum (diminishing balance)
Maturity/Repayment: 6 months – 60 months
Security:
- Real Estate Mortgage
- Assignment of peso deposits
- Lease Right (if franchise)
Mode of Payment: Semi-monthly or monthly through post-dated checks

i have ideas of profitable business but wala po akong capital for start up at nakita ko po medyo hindi ko ma meet ang ibang requirements dahil nga sa wala rin po akong assets. if given the time to make my presaentation para po makita ang profitability for the projects, i’d love to do the presentation. meron po kayang willing mag finance for projects and concepts like mine? hintayin ko po ang reply ninyo.

kailangan po ba may existing bussiness na for 3 years? paano po kung mag-start pa lang. pwede pa rin po bang makahiram ng puhunan? my husband is planning to put up a computer shop. di pa lang makapagsimula dahil wala kaming puhunan. what are the requirements para po makapag-loan?

any gov. agency can help us or give us an idea to finance our project in housing … one of my relative own a 2500 sqm. lot and its vacant as of this time now we are planing to buy this property to sub divide it and build our own house in this area … we are compose of 20 pilipino who are planing to buy and have this property and we are willing to settle the terms of payment in 2 to 5 years to some gov. agency who finance our project.. small comunity housing …. hope any one here can give us an idea how we canget the suficient fund to build this small comunity dream possible. this project is costing around 2 million pesos only to buy the property and sub divide it and documentation needed. your not just helping us but it also helping pilipinos home less to have their own property. more power to all goverment agency in the philippines…
