Hi! Bagong tayo po kami na construction company, and fortunately may na ward na sa amin na big project. Problem is the owner doesn’t give any down payment at isa pa offsetting po ang payment. 50% of the contract price is condo units ang ibabayad, which they already assigned to us. Please help us to get a working capital.
