Program Title:   Bank Carry Term Loan
Program Objective: To bridge the gap of payables and receivables of small and medium enterprises.
Eligible Borrowers:

• Single Proprietorship
• Partnership
• Corporation
• Businessmen/Entrepreneurs

Loan Purposes:

• Permanent Working Capital
• Acquisition of Fixed Assets
• Renovation/Expansion

Terms/Requirements:

Amount:

• Depends on the actual requirement.

Interest Rate:

• Prevailing market rates.

Maturity / Repayment:

• One to five years or depending on the actual requirement and cash flow of the company.
• Principal -   Equal monthly/quarterly amortization.
• Interest – Monthly/quarterly payment, based on diminishing balance.

Security:

• Real Estate Properties or Chattel Mortgage;
• Postdated Checks (PDCs) of the borrower; and
• Continuing Suretyship of the Principals.
